What types of outfits does Taelor offer for rental?

Taelor offers a diverse collection of men's outfits, including business attire, on-camera eye-catching, daily casual, or weekend and vacation outfits. We curate our inventory of 10,000 outfits from 350+ brands (all kinds of styles of high-quality shirts, sweaters, buttons, jackets, polo, pants, and more) to cater to different workplace scenarios and business styles.

How many items do I get each month for?

You'll receive up to 10 items each month (5 items per shipment, 2 shipments per month). This allocation allows you to explore a wide variety of styles, experiment with different looks, and effortlessly stay on top of seasonal trends.

We also offer a premium plan with monthly live styling sessions. With this plan, you'll receive 7 items every month, along with 1:1 live styling session with our expert stylist, ensuring you have a well-rounded wardrobe that meets your style aspirations.

How often can I exchange the clothes?

You can exchange at any given time within the monthly circle. For this "two shipments per month,” you can exchange the clothes at any time within the monthly circle. Once you return the 1st shipment, you can expect to receive the 2nd shipment in a few days.Remember that you cannot receive the second shipment without returning the first.

Interested in purchasing items? Simply keep them and pay on your account. Love your first shipment too much and don’t want to swap? No problem; just remember that your shipment does not carry over to the next month.

 

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you wish to pause or cancel your membership, please email us at hi@taelor.style with the subject line "Pause/Cancel Subscription." Please include the necessary details in your email, including the date you want to resume your membership. Our dedicated team will promptly assist you.

Your request to cancel your membership will be effective from the date we receive your email. Upon cancellation, we kindly request that you return all rented items before the end of the current billing period, as specified in your account settings. This will help avoid any additional late fees.

If we do not receive the rented items by the end of your billing period, you will be charged up to the current member's price to purchase the item plus applicable tax in accordance with our late fee policy.
