This is an awesome concept. As someone who hates shopping and has little space for clothes that I will only wear a few times, they have been sending me awesome outfits to keep my wardrobe fresh. They communicate really well. Going on vacation? Just tell them where you’re going, and they’ll pick some great new outfits. Have a few meetings coming up? Let them know and they got you covered. Wear it a few times and send it back. Great service!

You really get to enjoy your rentals for 3 weeks vs. a full month due to the lag time in shipping (they use USPS vs. fed ex or UPS) and the lag time in your stylist going back and forth with you to approve your shipment. They've sent items that have not fit my husband even though he's a Large, they've sent XL or Large shirts with a loose fit that wasn't very flattering. They've also sent sweaters when it has been 85 degrees here in AZ. Last shipment my husband was only able to wear 2 items out of 7 items they sent. Was disappointed to have to pay $100 to wear 2 items. I saw a blue polo shirt today that was offered in my shipment preview that was $24. Ummm, if I wanted cheap clothing I wouldn't rent clothes, I'd just straight up buy them from those fast fashion places. Defeats the purpose. Suggested improvements: USE FEDEX!!!! A very simple switch for a startup. Buy more inventory to eliminate lead and shipping times. You're getting more customers, time to beef up the inventory. Offer a chance to bypass the stylist so we can put things in our cart then check out and get our items faster. Ensure all clothing is high quality and high end, this is why we are renting the clothes. We don't want to rent cheap looking clothing.

I love 95% of what Jo sends me, nailing my style and making me branch out to things she thinks will work (and they do! I get compliments all the time!). I buy one or two of the items every month because I love them so much. But having fresh new looks every month -- you can't beat it. Definitely hook up with this company. The personal touch (text messages to the stylist) are unlike anything I have seen from a style subscription box company... they are so much more than anything out there. Give it a shot. I honestly love this service. I have always struggled to find both high-quality clothes that fit my style and preferences. Working with my Taelor stylist has been a huge help and the communication back-and-forth is really supportive. I get seven items every month and the majority of them work out really well for me. I have tried several clothing rental services and Taelor is by far THE BEST! You get direct access to the stylist and can even text back and forth... It took a couple shipments to get things quite perfect but now that we have size and style figured out, it is AMAZING! I have been getting these wonderful clothes from Taelor that make me look the best and trendiest in the office. I found Taelor on Instagram and thought I would give it a try. Two shipments of 5 items each month for a reasonable price sounded fun, and I didn’t have to launder them—just ship them back. So, I took the quiz, not sure if I got my measurements right, but no matter. Serena, my stylist, reached out via text and filled in the gaps. She asked for pictures of my current style and, boy, did she deliver! I received a knit sports jacket, stretch shirts for hot weather, and more. Serena sends a great note with the clothes that always makes me feel good. I also had a video call with Serena that was awesome. She shared about herself, got to know me, and understood how I work in the financial district of Boston and commute every day. I get comments on my clothes regularly, even on the street. I text with Serena, letting her know how the clothes are and sending her pics, so she can pick stuff for next time. Taelor Style is the way to go! Another nice thing is Serena includes stuff for events. For example, I was doing something on the weekend, and she sent me a great polo just for the occasion. Highly recommend Taelor for anyone looking to upgrade their wardrobe effortlessly!

I like the idea of renting clothes to be about to try/wear a lot of clothes, but not have it take up so much space—my closet and drawers are already at capacity! Finally having something like this for menswear is great! I’ve gotten a few shipments from them now. It’s fun trying on some of the things they have sent, and be about to wear it out into the world. My personal style is likely a bit bolder and more provocative than the average male, so some items have been hit or miss for me. I’ve really enjoyed the service. I joined 6 months ago. I love that I get to try new and different things all the time with the help of a personalized stylist. I think it’s great value. Most stuff has been pretty great in the quality and styling categories. I get exposed to some cool outfits without the commitment. I’m a pretty black on black/blue jeans kind of guy. Taelor has been able to let me explore some fun floral prints and trendy jackets, knit sweaters. Beware that the first few packages may have sizing challenges if you’re a super hero build… pro tip is to get a tape measure and submit them. Your stylist will learn and adjust sizing. Yes it may take a few packages to get some of the fits right, but it’s really great to have new clothing without having to shop. Keep in mind the 10 item 2 shipments a month turns are a bit time consuming because of USPS. Stay on top of the communications with the stylist and it should be ok! I wish they had an app but on the iPhone you can save the site. It’s also really convenient on a computer browser. If not, the stylist can just text you option and you can circle or x what you want as your approach your next shipment.

I literally LOVE this service. For a small monthly subscription I get to rent over $500 worth of designer brands curated from my Stylist for each haul. Everything literally fits so well and it’s so easy to send back and receive my next shipment. I have new clothing style options all the time. It’s great to integrate it with my current closet. My recent Trips to Mexico and Work Trips are so helpful because I don’t have to go out and buy new clothes for my trips. I don’t even need to do laundry, I just send them in the bag with prepaid shipping and I’m waiting for my new haul. I have been using Taelor for about 6 months. It is a fantastic service. I got lazy with my fashion during covid and they have been able to help me with updating my look at work. They have sent me clothes that I would never buy for myself, and they look great and I get a lot of compliments. I have been very pleased with the quality (high) and condition (often new with tags or like new) of the clothes I get. Never have I sent anything back because it wasn't clean or had damage. When I have had a piece that didn't fit and couldn't wear, the team was great about adding an extra piece in my next shipment. The Taelor team is great and check in on every shipment with a simple text. I probably could give them more direction, but I have been trusting their judgement and am super happy with the results. The extra bonus is much less laundry and my closet isn't as full. If you are on the fence about clothing rental - don't be and give Taelor a try - it is worth it!

Not Complicated I’m a busy professional that travels to different states a couple of times a month. Shopping for clothes feels like a chore that requires more time and effort from me. Also finding pieces to pack for my work trips or vacations requires time and energy. I love how my curated packages come in and it takes the extra work out of it! I can just literally put my package in my luggage and head out. Stress free! Saves time and money too. 2. In fact, I’ve recently started having my shipments sent to my travel destinations which reduces my luggage load and offers fresh exciting new styles for my business and pleasure trips. I’ve been subscribing to Taelor for about 8 months now and my experience has been above and beyond what I had expected! When I first joined and read that I was going to be given a stylist, I thought that the stylist was going to be some computer algorithm who took my measurements and then based on a series of questions attempt to pick out things it thought I would like. To my surprise my stylist (who was real lol) immediately set up a zoom meeting with me, and then had the CEO of the company hop on the call as well! I learned about the company’s goals and visions and then I was able to tell them about myself. From that initial meeting my stylist gave me her cell phone number and we been communicating regularly about upcoming events in my life and she picks out my styles based on our conversations. She has not only helped me pick out clothes for upcoming meetings at work but also picks outfits for me to wear when I’m going on trips. Every few weeks I receive my package of clothing with a personalized letter explaining how I can mix and match the clothes I’ve received to create the perfect look. This is a promising service but it didn't work for me and I had to return my very first box. They ignored all my answers and sent me clothes that I had explicitly said I wouldn't wear, e.g. out of 5 items, I got 3 long sleeve shirts and jeans when I had explicitly mentioned that I don't wear those in the Summer. +1 star because they were easy to reach out by email and sounded genuinely concerned about my experience. Edit: In my initial review, I mentioned that I was still waiting for a refund that I had been promised. After my review, the team processed the refund so I removed the mention from here.

I’ve been using Taelor for about 4 months now and I really enjoy the service. It’s great to get 8 (or so) items to wear per month and to switch up your wardrobe, whether it be for work or nights out. Taelor has been great about seeking feedback on the clothes they choose, and adjusting to make sure I’m getting what I want. Many pieces are brand new with tags, or so new that you can’t tell if they’ve ever been worn. Some of the pieces were so good that I needed to buy them.
