Thank you for the thoughtful selections. I actually mostly liked the items, but had issues with the fit on nearly all of them. Anything that was size S was too small. The pants were nice but way too tight - definitely a skinny fit and not a slim fit. Hi team, the last few shipments have included tops that are a bit too small. For this current shipment the brown dress button down was too tight across the chest and sleeves to short - not wearable. The Bobonos slim fit it is a bit too snug. The long sleeve polo is better but still a bit tighter than I’d like. The hoodie fits well. I think XL is the right size but no longer slim fit. That being said everything was way too tight in the mid section. I thought I specified regular cut clothes, and everything seems slim cut. Also not very impressed with the quality. The 34 Heritage Taupe Horizontal Stripe Jacquard Shirt is way too short for me, both in length and arm length. The Chinos are too tight, I can barely get them on around my legs and my waist. You really get to enjoy your rentals for 3 weeks vs. a full month due to the lag time in shipping (they use USPS vs. fed ex or UPS) and the lag time in your stylist going back and forth with you to approve your shipment. They've sent items that have not fit my husband even though he's a Large, they've sent XL or Large shirts with a loose fit that wasn't very flattering. They've also sent sweaters when it has been 85 degrees here in AZ. Last shipment my husband was only able to wear 2 items out of 7 items they sent. Was disappointed to have to pay $100 to wear 2 items. I saw a blue polo shirt today that was offered in my shipment preview that was $24. Ummm, if I wanted cheap clothing I wouldn't rent clothes, I'd just straight up buy them from those fast fashion places. Defeats the purpose. Suggested improvements: USE FEDEX!!!! A very simple switch for a startup. Buy more inventory to eliminate lead and shipping times. You're getting more customers, time to beef up the inventory. Offer a chance to bypass the stylist so we can put things in our cart then check out and get our items faster. Ensure all clothing is high quality and high end, this is why we are renting the clothes. We don't want to rent cheap looking clothing.

Most stuff has been pretty great in the quality and styling categories. I get exposed to some cool outfits without the commitment. I’m a pretty black on black/blue jeans kind of guy. Taelor has been able to let me explore some fun floral prints and trendy jackets, knit sweaters. Beware that the first few packages may have sizing challenges if you’re a super hero build… pro tip is to get a tape measure and submit them. Your stylist will learn and adjust sizing. Yes it may take a few packages to get some of the fits right, but it’s really great to have new clothing without having to shop. Keep in mind the 10 item 2 shipments a month turns are a bit time consuming because of USPS. Stay on top of the communications with the stylist and it should be ok! I wish they had an app but on the iPhone you can save the site. It’s also really convenient on a computer browser. If not, the stylist can just text you option and you can circle or x what you want as your approach your next shipment.

When I first joined and read that I was going to be given a stylist, I thought that the stylist was going to be some computer algorithm who took my measurements and then based on a series of questions attempt to pick out things it thought I would like. To my surprise my stylist (who was real lol) immediately set up a zoom meeting with me, and then had the CEO of the company hop on the call as well! I learned about the company’s goals and visions and then I was able to tell them about myself. From that initial meeting my stylist gave me her cell phone number and we been communicating regularly about upcoming events in my life and she picks out my styles based on our conversations. She has not only helped me pick out clothes for upcoming meetings at work but also picks outfits for me to wear when I’m going on trips. Every few weeks I receive my package of clothing with a personalized letter explaining how I can mix and match the clothes I’ve received to create the perfect look. They ignored all my answers and sent me clothes that I had explicitly said I wouldn't wear, e.g. out of 5 items, I got 3 long sleeve shirts and jeans when I had explicitly mentioned that I don't wear those in the Summer. +1 star because they were easy to reach out by email and sounded genuinely concerned about my experience.
