Not really too impressed at all to be honest. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because I know it’s almost impossible to get it right on the first order. That being said everything was way too tight in the mid section. I thought I specified regular cut clothes, and everything seems slim cut. Also not very impressed with the quality. I wear very high end clothes and need high end, business casual pieces to rotate into my wardrobe. None, other than the Mizzen button down, could I wear to work.

I’ve really enjoyed the service. I joined 6 months ago. I love that I get to try new and different things all the time with the help of a personalized stylist. I think it’s great value. Most stuff has been pretty great in the quality and styling categories. I get exposed to some cool outfits without the commitment. I’m a pretty black on black/blue jeans kind of guy. Taelor has been able to let me explore some fun floral prints and trendy jackets, knit sweaters. Beware that the first few packages may have sizing challenges if you’re a super hero build… pro tip is to get a tape measure and submit them. Your stylist will learn and adjust sizing. Yes it may take a few packages to get some of the fits right, but it’s really great to have new clothing without having to shop. Keep in mind the 10 item 2 shipments a month turns are a bit time consuming because of USPS. Stay on top of the communications with the stylist and it should be ok! I wish they had an app but on the iPhone you can save the site. It’s also really convenient on a computer browser. If not, the stylist can just text you option and you can circle or x what you want as your approach your next shipment.

I have been using Taelor for about 6 months. It is a fantastic service. I got lazy with my fashion during covid and they have been able to help me with updating my look at work. They have sent me clothes that I would never buy for myself, and they look great and I get a lot of compliments. I have been very pleased with the quality (high) and condition (often new with tags or like new) of the clothes I get. Never have I sent anything back because it wasn't clean or had damage. When I have had a piece that didn't fit and couldn't wear, the team was great about adding an extra piece in my next shipment. The Taelor team is great and check in on every shipment with a simple text. I probably could give them more direction, but I have been trusting their judgement and am super happy with the results. The extra bonus is much less laundry and my closet isn't as full. If you are on the fence about clothing rental - don't be and give Taelor a try - it is worth it!

Not Complicated I’m a busy professional that travels to different states a couple of times a month. Shopping for clothes feels like a chore that requires more time and effort from me. Also finding pieces to pack for my work trips or vacations requires time and energy. I love how my curated packages come in and it takes the extra work out of it! My wife asks me “what are you going to wear?” And anytime I hear it, a bit of pressure gets added being that I have to think about it. And if I don’t have the pieces, then I have to go shopping. It’s just a lot. But with Taelor Style, all I had to do was reach out to my stylist, tell her the occasion, and maybe colors I like to wear and… BOOM! I’m all set. Literally took away any anxiety I had while thinking about what to wear lol. There’s other things I enjoy such as quality pieces I receive, not having to worry about washing the clothes, shipping back my package when I’m done, oh and the compliments I get from my pieces. When I first joined and read that I was going to be given a stylist, I thought that the stylist was going to be some computer algorithm who took my measurements and then based on a series of questions attempt to pick out things it thought I would like. To my surprise my stylist (who was real lol) immediately set up a zoom meeting with me, and then had the CEO of the company hop on the call as well! I learned about the company’s goals and visions and then I was able to tell them about myself. From that initial meeting my stylist gave me her cell phone number and we been communicating regularly about upcoming events in my life and she picks out my styles based on our conversations. She has not only helped me pick out clothes for upcoming meetings at work but also picks outfits for me to wear when I’m going on trips. Every few weeks I receive my package of clothing with a personalized letter explaining how I can mix and match the clothes I’ve received to create the perfect look.
