Taelor is a men’s clothing rental subscription with personal styling. The service has three distinct elements:

1.     Clothing Rental: You receive a curated selection of premium menswear.

2.     Subscription: For a fixed fee, your rental clothes are refreshed on an ongoing basis.

3.     Personal Styling: Your clothes are picked by a professional stylist, with AI guidance.

Here’s how the process works:

•  Sign up: You choose the membership plan that fits your needs, take a style quiz, and ‘heart’ clothes on our website to show us your preferences.
• Your stylist picks clothes: You are assigned a professional stylist, who will handpick a personalized selection of outfits based on your preferences. These are shipped to you via USPS. Shipping is covered by your subscription.
• Wear and return: You wear these clothes and, when you're ready, return them in a prepaid return package. No need for laundry as we take care of the cleaning. And there are no shipping charges both ways, as it is covered by your subscription.
• Repeat: After you return your shipment, Taelor sends you a fresh set of clothes selected by your stylist.

You stay in touch with your stylist via text message and, by providing regular feedback, ensure continuous personalization with each successive shipment.

A Taelor shipment comprises 6 clothing items, but the number of items can be customized based on your need.

How often can I get a new shipment?
It depends on your plan.
· Monthly plan: The standard frequency is one shipment per month, but if you return your shipment early, you have a choice to trigger your next shipment whenever you're ready (See ‘Early Unlock’ and ‘No Gap Delivery.’)
· Quarterly Plan: You decide the schedule for 3 shipments within the quarter.
· 6-Month Plan: You decide the schedule for 6 shipments within the plan period.

Do keep in mind that unused shipments do not roll over to the next cycle and that each shipment must be returned to unlock the next.

You can certainly keep your current shipment longer.

If you want to keep the entire shipment longer: You don’t have to do anything. You can simply keep your current items for another cycle. Your subscription billing cycle will continue, and your next payment will be automatically charged on your upcoming billing date.

If you want to keep an individual item longer: Just sign in to your subscriber homepage (https://taelor.style/pages/subscriber-homepage) on taelor.style and click on ‘Extend Rental’ for that particular item. You can then keep the item for another cycle for a small fee and return it with the next shipment.

Taelor does not do item-by-item swaps, but you can extend the rental for individual items you love or even buy them at a deeply discounted price.

Everyday wear is covered by your plan. If an item is lost or damaged beyond normal wear, you may be responsible for the related charge.

No. Each item arrives clean and ready to wear. After wearing the clothes, simply return them to us. No laundry required. In fact, we request that you do not wash the clothes as they are professionally cleaned at our end.

New customers: Once you’ve completed the Style Quiz and hearted the items you like, your assigned stylist starts putting together your first shipment within 24 hours.

Existing customers: Your next shipment will be sent once you return your current set, as long as you still have available quota in your billing cycle.

Yes. You can keep selected rental items longer by using the Extend Rental feature.

To extend your rental:

1. Go to your subscriber homepage.
2. Select Extend Rental.
3. Choose the items you would like to keep longer.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete checkout.

The extension fee may vary depending on the number of items you select. The current fee will be shown before checkout.

Yes, you can with our One-time No Gap Delivery feature.

No matter which membership plan you're on, with One-time No Gap Delivery, you can receive your next shipment before returning your current one—so you'll never be without Taelor clothes. Here's how it works:

1. Sign in to your subscriber homepage.
2. Select ‘One-time No Gap Delivery.’
3. Pay the $15 one-time fee.
4. Your next shipment will be processed immediately without waiting for your current return.
5.  Please return your CURRENT shipment 3 days after your new shipment is delivered.
