Please note that any unused shipments or boxes can't be carried over to the following month. We encourage you to enjoy the full benefits of each month's shipment.

They will provide you with a personalized styling consultation to understand your preferences and style goals. Moving forward, our state-of-the-art AI styling algorithm will continue to offer ongoing recommendations based on your feedback, ensuring that your style is always on point.
- Free Shipping and Free Laundry: We offer free shipping services for both the delivery of your outfits and the hassle-free return process. You can focus on enjoying your stylish ensembles without any additional costs. We also take care of the laundry for you. Say goodbye to the hassle of sorting, washing, drying, and ironing - our laundry service has you covered.

We offer a range of subscription plans to suit your needs. Depending on the plan you choose, the number of items you'll receive per month may vary:
- The "5 items per shipment, 2 shipments per month" plan: With this plan, you'll receive up to 10 items each month. This allocation allows you to explore a wide variety of styles, experiment with different looks, and effortlessly stay on top of seasonal trends.
- The "5 items per shipment, 1 shipment per month" plan: With this plan, you'll receive 5 items every month, ensuring you have a well-rounded wardrobe that meets your style aspirations.
Our exchange policy allows you to refine your wardrobe throughout the monthly cycle. If you choose our:
- "5 items per shipment, 2 shipments per month" plan: You can exchange the clothes at any time within the monthly circle. Once you return the 1st shipment, you can expect to receive the 2nd shipment in a few days. If you wish to have the 2nd shipment sent to a different address, please ensure that you update your shipping address on your account page before returning the 1st shipment.
- "5 items per shipment, 1 shipments per month" plan: You can return the clothes at any time within the monthly circle. After you return the clothes, you’ll receive the next shipment at the beginning of the following monthly cycle.
If you wish to pause or cancel your membership, please email us at hi@taelor.style with the subject line "Pause/Cancel Subscription." Please include the necessary details in your email, including the date you want to resume your membership. Our dedicated team will promptly assist you.
Your request to cancel your membership will be effective from the date we receive your email. Upon cancellation, we kindly request that you return all rented items before the end of the current billing period, as specified in your account settings. This will help avoid any additional late fees.
If products are not returned by this date, your membership will continue to incur charges until all items are received by us. Please note that failure to return the items will result in ongoing membership charges rather than a one-time fee equivalent to the full shipment price. Additionally, cancellation of your subscription will result in the forfeiture of any unused services, benefits, and accrued credits associated with your account.
Please note that our One-Time Pilot and Gifting are one-time payment plans and cannot be canceled once the purchase is made. We encourage you to carefully consider these plans before making a commitment.

Our sizes of clothes are from S~XXL, so we can confidently cater to your needs. Please make sure to provide accurate size in your profile and any fit feedback to our stylists. This information is crucial in helping us select personalized items that suit your body type and preferences.

To maintain efficient shipment processing, we currently do not offer preview features. To ensure you receive the outfits that perfectly meet your styling needs and preferences, you can heart your favorite items, upload selfie photos, or share your favorite celebrity styles.

As a growing startup, we offer numerous new clothing items to our members. In terms of worn items, every piece undergoes a thorough cleaning process tailored to its unique requirements. Our dedicated team carefully cleans and inspects each item to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in great condition. It’s our commitment to ensure that every item not only looks new but also feels excellent.

- If you have a coupon for clothing purchase (e.g. the reward coupon for writing reviews) and you'd like to use it toward your purchase, please buy the items through our website and apply the coupon during the checkout process.
- The coupon for subscription can't be used for purchases.
As a valued member, you have exclusive access to purchase items at a discounted rate, with savings up to 70% off the retail price. Please note that clothes purchased through this option are considered final sale and can't be returned.
Regular wear and tear is included in your plan, so minor stains and everyday use won't cause concerns. However, in the case of major damage or lost items, you will be responsible for the associated charges. We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of the items to avoid any unexpected costs.
No, you don't need to wash the clothes! We take care of the dry cleaning for you. Each item arrives clean and ready to wear. After wearing the clothes, simply return them to us for laundering.
We will continue to charge you the monthly membership fee without sending you the next box until all associated fees are deducted. If you have canceled or paused your subscriptions, the clothes will be considered purchased after the grace period.
If you come across the same item at a lower price on another website, please send us and email or text with the link to the item. Our team will carefully verify the information. Once we have confirmed the price, we will promptly notify you and process a refund for the price difference.
Shipping
Taelor stylist will send you a recommendation list of clothing items based on your style quiz results and feedback. 24 hours after receiving that list, you can anticipate your shipment to arrive in 1~3 days. Your shipment will typically arrive in 1-3 business days. We value your time and strive to provide a prompt delivery so you can enjoy your new items as quickly as possible. More about shipping, please see Taelor's Guide: My Next Shipment.
Just place the clothes to wash in the prepaid return bag that is included in your shipment. Once you've packed them up, you can simply drop the bag in any USPS mailbox or a nearby post office. More about return, please read: Taelor's Guide: Return
Once you drop off your returns at any USPS location, you can expect your next box to arrive promptly. Shipping time according to USPS:
- For California residents, please anticipate your box to arrive within 1-2 days.
- If you reside outside California, please anticipate a shipping timeline of 1-3 days.
