Your second shipment will be sent as soon as you return or purchase the first. If you want to purchase any items, simply keep them and pay on your account — you get a member-only up-to-70% discounted price.

To skip the next order, go to your Account page, then click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION. Click on your subscription number. You’ll see the option to SKIP NEXT ORDER on the next screen.
If you still wish to cancel your membership, please email us at email@example.com with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line. Note that your request to cancel will be eligible as of the date your email is received. Upon cancellation, please return your pieces before the end of the current billing period noted in your account settings to avoid additional late fees. If we do not receive your pieces by the end of your billing period, you will be charged up to the current members' price to purchase the item plus applicable tax in accordance with our late fee policy..

Based on the information you provide, we will select personalized items that will work for your body and preferences. As you swap more items and provide feedback, our stylists and algorithm will learn what brands and sizes work best for you!
Love something so much you want to keep it forever? Yes, you can buy it by simply keeping the clothes you want without returning them. Most items are available to buy at a members-only discount rate — up-to-70% off retail price. Items purchased are considered final sale.
Regular wear and tear is included in your plan, so no need to sweat over small stains. However, major damage or lost items aren't. In those cases, you'll be charged for the item.
No, no more shopping nor laundry! You don’t need to wash the clothes. Items arrive ready to wear. After you wear them, just send the dirty clothes back. The dry cleaning is on us!
The clothes will be considered purchased after the monthly circle. You won’t get your next box until you return items, but we will continue to charge you the monthly membership fee without sending you a new box until all clothing purchase fees are deducted.
After we get your preferences based on the stylist's recommendations, we will immediately work on your shipment and ship your box out within 1-3 business day(s). If we don’t get your feedback in 2 days, we will pick what we think works best for you.

Easy! Simply put your dirty clothes in the prepaid return bag, which is included in your box, and drop it in any USPS mailbox or post office.
