Swapping for a new shipment of clothes is exciting! And, returning with Taelor is easy and totally free of charge. Here's a step-by-step guide to all you need to know about Taelor’s hassle-free return process.

1. How to return? 

Once you've worn and enjoyed your rental clothes, it's time to return them. Taelor provides a prepaid return bag and a printed return label inside each shipment. Once you've packed your clothes, you can drop the bag in any USPS mailbox or nearby post office. 

You can also use the USPS home-pickup service (https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm) for added convenience. Simply schedule a pickup online, and a mail carrier will come to your doorstep to collect your return bag.

2. What if I lost my return label? 

We understand that return labels can sometimes get misplaced, which is why we provide an easy solution for our members. You can reprint your return label at any time from your account page. Once you're on the "MY SHIPMENTS" page or in your current order page, you'll see a "Print return label" button that you can click on to print a new label. Simply attach it to your return bag like you would with the original label.

3. What if I lost the return bag?

Not to worry, returning Taelor clothes in any shipping bag or empty box with the return label attached is perfectly fine. Then just drop  them in any USPS blue mailbox or office to finish your return.

4. What if I want to keep certain items? 

Sometimes, our members love the clothes they receive so much that they want to keep them. If you want to purchase an item, you can get it with up to 70% off member-only price. Please visit your account page, there you can select the item(s) you wish to purchase. Check out our Taelor’s Guide on how to purchase items for detailed steps.

Keep in mind that if you wish to keep the whole shipment, remember to tell your stylist! This way, we can place your new rental order immediately without any delays for the return process.
