Rent Clothing Item Category Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The item purchased online is not currently being rented out.
- The purchased item is not marked as a final sale.
- The item you received is a different size, color, or style than what is currently being rented.
Return Window:
Items must be returned within the window of your next shipment or within 30 days from the delivery date, whichever comes first.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of $12 per item will be applied for refunds processed within the current shipment window.
Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund, please return the item within the eligible return window.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items not returned within the next shipment window or 30 days from the delivery date, whichever is sooner.
- Damaged items.
Notification of Non-Refundable Status:
In cases where a refund is not possible, our Customer Support team will reach out to notify you.

What Qualifies:
- Men’s and Women’s accessories.
- Brand new clothing items.
Eligibility for Refund:
You are eligible for a refund if:

- Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items not eligible for a refund include:
- Items not returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Damaged items or items not in their original packaging and condition.
Return Window:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No refunds will be processed after 30 days.
General Return Conditions
All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for returning the products to us as soon as possible. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use, such as opened packaging. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a refund will not be available, and you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.
