Whenever I had questions or concerns, she was quick to reply. I signed up for the 10-items-per-month plan, so I get five items every two weeks. I have been using Taelor for about 6 months. It is a fantastic service. I got lazy with my fashion during covid and they have been able to help me with updating my look at work. They have sent me clothes that I would never buy for myself, and they look great and I get a lot of compliments. I have been very pleased with the quality (high) and condition (often new with tags or like new) of the clothes I get. Never have I sent anything back because it wasn't clean or had damage. When I have had a piece that didn't fit and couldn't wear, the team was great about adding an extra piece in my next shipment. The Taelor team is great and check in on every shipment with a simple text. I probably could give them more direction, but I have been trusting their judgement and am super happy with the results. The extra bonus is much less laundry and my closet isn't as full. If you are on the fence about clothing rental - don't be and give Taelor a try - it is worth it!

This is a promising service but it didn't work for me and I had to return my very first box. They ignored all my answers and sent me clothes that I had explicitly said I wouldn't wear, e.g. out of 5 items, I got 3 long sleeve shirts and jeans when I had explicitly mentioned that I don't wear those in the Summer. +1 star because they were easy to reach out by email and sounded genuinely concerned about my experience. Edit: In my initial review, I mentioned that I was still waiting for a refund that I had been promised. After my review, the team processed the refund so I removed the mention from here.
