You really get to enjoy your rentals for 3 weeks vs. a full month due to the lag time in shipping (they use USPS vs. fed ex or UPS) and the lag time in your stylist going back and forth with you to approve your shipment. They've sent items that have not fit my husband even though he's a Large, they've sent XL or Large shirts with a loose fit that wasn't very flattering. They've also sent sweaters when it has been 85 degrees here in AZ. Last shipment my husband was only able to wear 2 items out of 7 items they sent. Was disappointed to have to pay $100 to wear 2 items. I saw a blue polo shirt today that was offered in my shipment preview that was $24. Ummm, if I wanted cheap clothing I wouldn't rent clothes, I'd just straight up buy them from those fast fashion places. Defeats the purpose. Suggested improvements: USE FEDEX!!!! A very simple switch for a startup. Buy more inventory to eliminate lead and shipping times. You're getting more customers, time to beef up the inventory. Offer a chance to bypass the stylist so we can put things in our cart then check out and get our items faster. Ensure all clothing is high quality and high end, this is why we are renting the clothes. We don't want to rent cheap looking clothing.

I have tried several clothing rental services and Taelor is by far THE BEST! You get direct access to the stylist and can even text back and forth... It took a couple shipments to get things quite perfect but now that we have size and style figured out, it is AMAZING! They are super flexible and willing to make things right if they don't get it right. It is truly a pleasure to work with this team! I don't buy a lot of things but when I do, they have great sales AND if you review items, you can earn coupons! Overall, this is a GREAT experience?

I have been getting these wonderful clothes from Taelor that make me look the best and trendiest in the office. I found Taelor on Instagram and thought I would give it a try. Two shipments of 5 items each month for a reasonable price sounded fun, and I didn’t have to launder them—just ship them back. So, I took the quiz, not sure if I got my measurements right, but no matter. Serena, my stylist, reached out via text and filled in the gaps. She asked for pictures of my current style and, boy, did she deliver! I received a knit sports jacket, stretch shirts for hot weather, and more. Serena sends a great note with the clothes that always makes me feel good. I also had a video call with Serena that was awesome. She shared about herself, got to know me, and understood how I work in the financial district of Boston and commute every day. I get comments on my clothes regularly, even on the street. I text with Serena, letting her know how the clothes are and sending her pics, so she can pick stuff for next time. Taelor Style is the way to go! Another nice thing is Serena includes stuff for events. For example, I was doing something on the weekend, and she sent me a great polo just for the occasion. Highly recommend Taelor for anyone looking to upgrade their wardrobe effortlessly!

I’ve really enjoyed the service. I joined 6 months ago. I love that I get to try new and different things all the time with the help of a personalized stylist. I think it’s great value. Most stuff has been pretty great in the quality and styling categories. I get exposed to some cool outfits without the commitment. I’m a pretty black on black/blue jeans kind of guy. Taelor has been able to let me explore some fun floral prints and trendy jackets, knit sweaters. Beware that the first few packages may have sizing challenges if you’re a super hero build… pro tip is to get a tape measure and submit them. Your stylist will learn and adjust sizing. Yes it may take a few packages to get some of the fits right, but it’s really great to have new clothing without having to shop. Keep in mind the 10 item 2 shipments a month turns are a bit time consuming because of USPS. Stay on top of the communications with the stylist and it should be ok! I wish they had an app but on the iPhone you can save the site. It’s also really convenient on a computer browser. If not, the stylist can just text you option and you can circle or x what you want as your approach your next shipment.

I literally LOVE this service. For a small monthly subscription I get to rent over $500 worth of designer brands curated from my Stylist for each haul. Everything literally fits so well and it’s so easy to send back and receive my next shipment. I have new clothing style options all the time. It’s great to integrate it with my current closet. My recent Trips to Mexico and Work Trips are so helpful because I don’t have to go out and buy new clothes for my trips. I don’t even need to do laundry, I just send them in the bag with prepaid shipping and I’m waiting for my new haul. I have been using Taelor for about 6 months. It is a fantastic service. I got lazy with my fashion during covid and they have been able to help me with updating my look at work. They have sent me clothes that I would never buy for myself, and they look great and I get a lot of compliments. I have been very pleased with the quality (high) and condition (often new with tags or like new) of the clothes I get. Never have I sent anything back because it wasn't clean or had damage. When I have had a piece that didn't fit and couldn't wear, the team was great about adding an extra piece in my next shipment. The Taelor team is great and check in on every shipment with a simple text. I probably could give them more direction, but I have been trusting their judgement and am super happy with the results. The extra bonus is much less laundry and my closet isn't as full. If you are on the fence about clothing rental - don't be and give Taelor a try - it is worth it!

I’ve been using Taelor Style for a while. Too many things to start from, but I’ll share my tip 2 things I love about the company. 1. Not Complicated I’m a busy professional that travels to different states a couple of times a month. Shopping for clothes feels like a chore that requires more time and effort from me. Also finding pieces to pack for my work trips or vacations requires time and energy. I love how my curated packages come in and it takes the extra work out of it! I can just literally put my package in my luggage and head out. Stress free! Saves time and money too. 2. My own personal stylist I have special occasions that come up, again, that requires more time and energy from me. And if you have a wife that loves to travel, you know what I’m talking about! My wife asks me “what are you going to wear?” And anytime I hear it, a bit of pressure gets added being that I have to think about it. And if I don’t have the pieces, then I have to go shopping. It’s just a lot. But with Taelor Style, all I had to do was reach out to my stylist, tell her the occasion, and maybe colors I like to wear and… BOOM! I’m all set. Literally took away any anxiety I had while thinking about what to wear lol. There’s other things I enjoy such as quality pieces I receive, not having to worry about washing the clothes, shipping back my package when I’m done, oh and the compliments I get from my pieces. I used to subscribe to a company that was a victim of COVID and I was ecstatic to learn that their former CEO started Taelor and immediately signed up. I scheduled my visit with Melissa and both CEO’s. They were super helpful and I felt like they cared about my goals with my style (I had zero style). I started with Taelor in January and the shipments come quick and I am always impressed with the quality and style choices. My stylist is super responsive and I feel as though she has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. A good example of this, is that last month we had a family trip to Hawaii planned and I sent the stylist pictures of my wife’s outfits that she was planning on wearing. My stylist not only found perfect compliments to my wife’s outfits but sent them quickly so I would have them before the trip. This is worth every penny and their team deserves all the recognition in the world.
