Having a personal stylist select your clothes is great, but if you want to make selections, you can. Great flexibility in all respects. The clothes are the latest trends and quality brands. I imagine this is a very challenging business to run, but every time I've made a request to adjust something, they promptly respond to this request. I love 95% of what Jo sends me, nailing my style and making me branch out to things she thinks will work (and they do! I get compliments all the time!). I buy one or two of the items every month because I love them so much. But having fresh new looks every month -- you can't beat it. Definitely hook up with this company. The personal touch (text messages to the stylist) are unlike anything I have seen from a style subscription box company... they are so much more than anything out there. Give it a shot. She asked for pictures of my current style and, boy, did she deliver! I received a knit sports jacket, stretch shirts for hot weather, and more. Serena sends a great note with the clothes that always makes me feel good. I also had a video call with Serena that was awesome. She shared about herself, got to know me, and understood how I work in the financial district of Boston and commute every day.
I get comments on my clothes regularly, even on the street. I text with Serena, letting her know how the clothes are and sending her pics, so she can pick stuff for next time. Taelor has been able to let me explore some fun floral prints and trendy jackets, knit sweaters.
Beware that the first few packages may have sizing challenges if you’re a super hero build… pro tip is to get a tape measure and submit them. Your stylist will learn and adjust sizing. Yes it may take a few packages to get some of the fits right, but it’s really great to have new clothing without having to shop.
Keep in mind the 10 item 2 shipments a month turns are a bit time consuming because of USPS. Stay on top of the communications with the stylist and it should be ok!
I wish they had an app but on the iPhone you can save the site. It’s also really convenient on a computer browser. If not, the stylist can just text you option and you can circle or x what you want as your approach your next shipment.

My stylist is super responsive and I feel as though she has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. A good example of this, is that last month we had a family trip to Hawaii planned and I sent the stylist pictures of my wife’s outfits that she was planning on wearing. My stylist not only found perfect compliments to my wife’s outfits but sent them quickly so I would have them before the trip. This is worth every penny and their team deserves all the recognition in the world.

Every few weeks I receive my package of clothing with a personalized letter explaining how I can mix and match the clothes I’ve received to create the perfect look. I have received compliments on my outfits and look forward to continuing to work with this awesome company! Huge thanks to Melissa and Jo!!!

I like the idea of renting clothes to be about to try/wear a lot of clothes, but not have it take up so much space—my closet and drawers are already at capacity! Finally having something like this for menswear is great! I’ve gotten a few shipments from them now. It’s fun trying on some of the things they have sent, and be about to wear it out into the world. Really liked it! The details of the subscription and how shipments don't carry over everyonth wasn't described well, so I lost some money when I cancelled, but I loved not having to worry about what fun new clothes I wanted to try each month! And the stylists were so great at taking my ideas into consideration for my shipments

You really get to enjoy your rentals for 3 weeks vs. a full month due to the lag time in shipping (they use USPS vs. fed ex or UPS) and the lag time in your stylist going back and forth with you to approve your shipment.
They've sent items that have not fit my husband even though he's a Large, they've sent XL or Large shirts with a loose fit that wasn't very flattering. They've also sent sweaters when it has been 85 degrees here in AZ. Last shipment my husband was only able to wear 2 items out of 7 items they sent. Was disappointed to have to pay $100 to wear 2 items.
I saw a blue polo shirt today that was offered in my shipment preview that was $24. Ummm, if I wanted cheap clothing I wouldn't rent clothes, I'd just straight up buy them from those fast fashion places. Defeats the purpose.
Suggested improvements: USE FEDEX!!!! A very simple switch for a startup.
Buy more inventory to eliminate lead and shipping times. You're getting more customers, time to beef up the inventory.

I loved this shirt, so light but high quality. I’m 215lb 6’4” and it fitted me great. I wore it under a blazer to a vegas wedding. It was perfect to wear with the blazer for wedding pics and still look stylish without the blazer.

A great looking shirt, very good quality. I’m 6’4”, 206lb - I have a long body and arms, and this shirt was borderline too short, so had to tuck the shirt in. That didn’t bother me though, as it looked great. I would recommend

This shacket is great, slightly big for a Medium but love the pattern. It’s very warm can can be used as a jacket on pretty brisk days. It’s slightly scratchy but overall, really nice!
