Civil Society Mustard Jacquard Stripes Shirt

This Civil Society short-sleeve button-up quickly became a regular in my warm-weather rotation. The cotton-linen blend is lightweight and breathable, so it feels great on hot days. I also like the jacquard stripe—subtle enough to keep it clean, but it adds some texture so it’s not just another plain shirt. The mustard/yellow shade surprised me in the best way. It gives a nice pop and pairs easily with shorts or chinos, and I found myself reaching for it more than anything else in my order. Styling is simple because the look is unfussy and polished at the same time. Fit has been solid overall—“just right” is how I’d put it. It sits well through the body and looks neat without feeling fussy. Quality has also been excellent; it holds up well and keeps looking sharp after wears. A couple of small notes: the color won’t be everyone’s thing (some folks just don’t love mustard), and fit can feel a touch snug for certain body types—especially in the sleeves or midsection.
