Civil Society Mustard Jacquard Stripes Shirt

This short-sleeve button-up hits a great balance between casual and put-together. The cotton-linen blend and lightweight feel kept me comfortable in hot weather, and the jacquard stripes add texture without being loud. The point collar, neat button placket, and subtle scalloped hem give it a clean look that’s easy to wear. Fit-wise, it simply fit well for me—an easy, regular cut I reached for again and again. Quality also feels excellent overall. I’m into the mustard/yellow shade; the color looks fantastic and the pattern gives it a little lift without trying too hard. I like the material and the print, and the overall styling just works. A couple of notes: fit can vary by body type. Some folks mentioned it feeling a touch snug—especially through the midsection—or overall a bit small. And the bold mustard tone won’t be everyone’s first choice, depending on personal coloring. For me, though, the breathable fabric, sharp details, and easy styling make this a go-to when it’s warm out and I want something that still looks put-together.
