When you join Taelor, you'll choose the membership plan that works best for you. Our Quarterly Membership is a great option if you want more flexibility throughout your membership while enjoying ongoing styling and clothing selections.

Here's how it works:

• Choose your membership: Select the plan that fits your needs. With our Quarterly Membership, you can enjoy more flexibility to manage your shipments throughout your membership period.
• Complete your style quiz: Tell us about your size, preferences, lifestyle, and the styles you like. You can also heart items and share feedback with your stylist.
• Get 6 items selected for you: Your professional stylist will curate a personalized shipment based on your preferences, feedback, and styling needs.
• Wear, return, and repeat: Wear your clothes, return them when you're ready, and we'll take care of the cleaning. When you're eligible for your next shipment, your stylist will curate your next selection.
• Stay flexible: Depending on your membership plan and available shipment quota, you can use features such as Early Unlock, One-Time No Gap Delivery, and Extend Rental to make your rental experience fit your schedule.
• Keep what you love: If you find something you want to keep, you can purchase eligible items at an exclusive Taelor member price.

Taelor gives you the convenience of a personal stylist without having to shop for every outfit yourself—while giving you the flexibility to choose a membership plan that fits your lifestyle.

Every Taelor shipment includes 6 curated clothing items selected based on your style, size, lifestyle, and feedback.

You can choose a Monthly, Quarterly, or Half-Year membership. If you want more flexibility to receive shipments throughout your membership, we recommend upgrading to a Quarterly or Half-Year plan.

After signing up, you can manage your shipments and use features like Extend Rental directly from your subscriber homepage.

Just place the clothes to wash in the prepaid return bag that is included in your shipment. Once you've packed them up, you can simply drop the bag in any USPS mailbox or a nearby post office.

You can always trigger your next order when you're ready, but Taelor does not offer item-by-item swaps.

• Quarterly & Half-Year members: You can trigger your next order after you either return your entire current order or extend the rental for your entire current order.
• Monthly members: If you return your current order before your next billing cycle, you can use Early Unlock to trigger your next order without paying an additional fee. Early Unlock simply moves your next payment date earlier.
• If you just want to keep your current order longer: You don't need to trigger a new order or mark the whole order as extended rental. You can simply keep your current items. Your subscription billing cycle will continue, and your next payment will be automatically charged on your upcoming billing date.

You can also use Extend Rental from your subscriber homepage if you want to keep selected items longer.

Regular wear and tear is included in your plan, so minor stains and everyday use won't cause concerns. However, in the case of major damage or lost items, you will be responsible for the associated charges. We appreciate your cooperation in taking care of the items to avoid any unexpected costs.
