Review Summary

This Projek Raw blue houndstooth button-up surprised me in the best way. The color and pattern just work — bold enough to be interesting, yet more subtle on than I expected, and not too distracting. It’s easy to wear because the lightweight stretch fabric is genuinely comfortable, and the regular fit just fits. It sat well through the torso (it didn’t feel too loose around the abdomen), and it wears nicely tucked or untucked. Details are on point too. The high collar is a great touch, and the buttoned cuffs give it a clean finish. Overall the shirt has a great feel and look, and it pairs easily for the office or semi-formal events. Fit was solid for me, but as with any button-up, fit can vary by body type — sleeve length can run a touch short depending on build, and the print won’t be everyone’s style. For me though, the combination of comfort, pattern, and the collar-and-cuff details makes this an easy favorite. If you want a blue long-sleeve that goes from everyday to dressed-up without trying too hard, this one nails that balance.
