How does Taelor work?
Your membership includes wearing clothes for weeks, styling service (one-time from personal stylist and ongoing from artificial intelligence), free shipping, free dry cleaning and exclusive membership-price to purchase items. We are like a Rent the Runway for men.
There are 5 clothing items (all kinds of styles of high quality shirts, sweaters, button up, jackets, polo, pants, and more) per shipment, and you can subscribe for our “2 shipments per month” plan. Your second shipment will be sent as soon as you return or purchase the first. If you want to purchase any items, simply keep them and pay on your account — you get a member-only up-to-70% discounted price.
Love your first shipment too much and don’t want to swap? No problem; just remember that your shipment does not carry over to the next month.
How many items do I get each month on Taelor?
It depends on the plan you signed up for. For example, if you purchase the “5 items per shipment; 2 shipments per month”, you can receive up to 10 items per month. Our rental service can prepare you for different seasons. Love your first shipment too much and don’t want to swap? No problem; just remember that your shipment does not carry over to the next month.
How do I return my shipment?
Easy! Simply put your items in the prepaid return bag, which is included in your shipment, and drop it in any USPS mailbox or post office.
How often can I exchange the clothes on Taelor?
You can exchange at any given time within the monthly circle. For example, if you purchase the “2 shipments per month,” you can receive up to 2 shipments per month. Remember that you cannot receive the second shipment without returning the first. Interested in purchasing items? Simply keep them and pay on your account. Love your first shipment too much and don’t want to swap? No problem; just remember that your shipment does not carry over to the next months or seasons’ rental.
What happens if I accidentally damage or lose an item?
Regular wear and tear is included in your plan, so no need to sweat over small stains. However, major damage or lost items aren't. In those cases, you'll be charged for the item.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you wish to pause or cancel your membership, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Pause/Cancel Subscription” in the subject line. Note that your request to cancel will be eligible as of the date your email is received. Upon cancellation, please return your pieces before the end of the current billing period noted in your account settings to avoid additional late fees. If we do not receive your pieces by the end of your billing period, you will be charged up to the current members' price to purchase the item plus applicable tax in accordance with our late fee policy.
Please note that our One-Time Pilot and Gifting are one-time payment plans and cannot be canceled.
