Johnston & Murphy Purple Solid XC4 Short Sleeve Golf Polo

I reach for this Johnston & Murphy XC4 polo all the time. The purple looks sharp and goes with everything—shorts, jeans, or chinos—and I’ve worn it both on the course and for casual days out. The fabric feels light and cool, and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. I like the way the collar sits, and the overall cut has that classic golf-polo vibe without feeling stuffy. Performance-wise, it does what I need: the XC4 fabric has four-way stretch and dries quickly, so it stays comfortable through a round. More than once I’ve caught myself keeping it longer in rotation because it’s just easy to wear and flattering. Fit has been great for me—several times it’s felt like a “great fit” right out of the box—and the color gets compliments. It’s one of those pieces you can throw on and instantly feel put together. If anything, fit can vary a bit by preference. A couple people mentioned it felt a touch roomy or the sleeves a bit longer, and the style leans traditional golf polo. But overall, it’s a very nice, well-made shirt that looks good and feels even better. I’d happily wear this on repeat.
