TAELOR x NEW YORK YANKEES TICKET OFFER — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Offer Period & Availability
The Taelor x New York Yankees Ticket Offer is available for a limited time through
the end of September 25, 2026 (“Offer Period”) 11:00 PM EST, and only while the
allocated ticket inventory remains available. Tickets are distributed on a first-come,
first-served basis to eligible customers who successfully complete all Offer
requirements. Submission of a ticket claim does not guarantee ticket availability for
any particular game.
Eligibility
The Offer is available to eligible Taelor customers who complete a qualifying Taelor
subscription purchase using the designated promotional code and satisfy all
participation requirements described below. Participants must be eighteen (18)
years of age or older and legal residents of the New York State, Connecticut, north and
central New Jersey, and northeastern Pennsylvania. Employees, officers, and directors,
and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective
spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household
(whether or not related), of Taelor, Inc. (sometimes hereafter, “Sponsor” or “Taelor”),
the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries,
licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies,
and any other entity associated with the Offer are not eligible to participate or receive a
Reward. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its
Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P.
(“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major
League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), New York Yankees Partnership, each of their parent,
subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls,
is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners,
general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, managers, officers, employees,
and agents of the foregoing entities. Limit one (1) Reward (defined below) per eligible
customer during the Offer period unless otherwise expressly stated by Taelor.
During the Offer Period, eligible customers will receive the following Reward, subject
to availability:
• $109 Pay Monthly subscription: One (1) Main Level ticket for Reward recipient only
to a 2026 New York Yankees regular season home game as determined by Sponsor
(Approximate Retail Value:
Main Level: $130,
Field Level: $185.).
• $255 Pay Quarterly subscription: Two (2) New York Yankees Main Level tickets for
Reward recipient and one (1) guest to a 2026 New York Yankees regular season home
game as determined by Sponsor (Approximate Retail Value:
Main Level: $260,
Field Level: $370.).
Selected customers may receive an upgrade to Field Level seating at Taelor’s
discretion and subject to availability. Seat locations are determined by Taelor and/or
the New York Yankees and cannot be selected by the customer.
HOW TO CLAIM:
To qualify for the ticket reward (“Reward”), customers must:
1. Purchase an eligible Taelor subscription using promotional code YANKEESTNY.
2. Complete the ticket claim form sent to the email address associated with their
qualifying Taelor purchase, including the requested customer information and
preferred eligible Yankees home game.
3. Successfully complete Taelor’s eligibility and submission verification.
GAME SELECTION & TICKET AVAILABILITY:
Customers may request an eligible 2026 New York Yankees regular-season home
game identified on the ticket claim form. Requested games are preferences only and
are not guaranteed. Ticket availability varies by game and is subject to the ticket
inventory available to Taelor at the time the claim is processed.
If tickets for the requested game are unavailable, Taelor may offer another eligible
game date, subject to remaining availability. If no eligible tickets remain, Taelor will
have no obligation to provide a substitute game, cash payment, credit, or other
replacement benefit except as required by applicable law.
TICKET DELIVERY:
Following successful verification and confirmation of availability, ticket(s) will be
delivered electronically to the eligible customer using the information provided
through the ticket claim process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate
information and for maintaining access to the email account used to receive their
ticket(s).
TICKET CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS:
All ticket details, including seat locations, shall be determined in the discretion of
Taelor and/or the New York Yankees, subject to availability. Tickets have no cash
value and may not be redeemed for cash or Taelor credit. Tickets may not be sold,
resold, auctioned, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional
purpose whatsoever. Any prohibited resale or commercial or promotional use may
result in forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the ticket.
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the
standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see
yankees.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and,
unless otherwise stated in the Reward description, exact game/event/exhibition date
shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. As applicable, each Reward
recipient’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence
unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball
game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC
and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of
the tickets awarded as part of any Reward will govern in the event a legal
game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due
to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other
reason. Each Reward recipient and their guest(s) (where applicable) agree to comply
with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the Reward; see
yankees.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to
remove or to deny entry to any Reward recipient and/or their guest(s) who engage in a
non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or
harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will
not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil
disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage;
epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other
event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any
Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball
game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes/Rewards may not be resold, offered for
resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale
or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and Reward forfeiture,
and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages, gratuities, insurance, and any
other costs or expenses associated with attending a game that are not expressly
included in the ticket reward are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.
APPROXIMATE TICKET VALUE:
Any advertised ticket value is an estimate only and may vary based on game date,
seat location, ticket availability, and other factors. An advertised value does not
entitle the customer to a particular seat location or to cash, credit, reimbursement, or
any other benefit for any difference in actual ticket value.
VERIFICATION:
Taelor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with the terms of the
Offer before fulfilling any ticket claim and to reject or cancel claims involving fraud,
abuse, duplicate participation, inaccurate information, automated or unauthorized
submissions, or failure to satisfy the Offer requirements.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Offer and accepting or using any ticket, each eligible customer
agrees to be bound by the terms of the Offer and the applicable ticket and venue
terms and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases Taelor, the MLB Entities,
and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers,
directors, managers, employees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and
promotion agencies, and other entities associated with the Offer from claims for
injury, damage, or loss arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Offer,
receipt or use of any ticket, or attendance at any related game or activity.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Taelor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Offer if
circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect its administration,
integrity, or ticket availability, subject to applicable law and any applicable
agreement with the New York Yankees and/or MLB. Taelor’s failure to enforce any
provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER:
As a condition of participating in the Offer, each participant agrees that any dispute,
claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Offer or any
ticket awarded shall be arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be
consolidated or joined with any proceeding involving a claim of another party, and
shall be settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single
arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then-governing rules and
procedures. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by
any court having jurisdiction thereof. Under no circumstance will a participant be
permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant waives all rights to claim,
punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages other than actual out-of-pocket
expenses. For New Jersey residents, these limitations may be inapplicable where
attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute. The Offer
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New
York, U.S.A.
