TAELOR x NEW YORK YANKEES TICKET OFFER — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Offer Period & Availability
The Taelor x New York Yankees Ticket Offer (“Offer”) is available for a limited time and only while the allocated ticket inventory remains available. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible customers who successfully complete all Offer requirements. Submission of a ticket claim does not guarantee ticket availability for any particular game.
Eligibility
The Offer is available to eligible Taelor customers who complete a qualifying Taelor subscription purchase using the designated promotional code and satisfy all participation requirements described below. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Limit one ticket reward per eligible customer during the Offer period unless otherwise expressly stated by Taelor.
Qualifying Subscription & Ticket Reward
Eligible customers may receive the following reward, subject to availability:
• $109 Pay Monthly subscription: One (1) New York Yankees Main Level ticket.
• $255 Pay Quarterly subscription: Two (2) New York Yankees Main Level tickets.
Selected customers may receive an upgrade to Field Level seating at Taelor’s discretion and subject to availability. Seat locations are determined by Taelor and/or the New York Yankees and cannot be selected by the customer.
How to Claim
To qualify for the ticket reward, customers must:

Purchase an eligible Taelor subscription using promotional code YANKESTNY.

Post their Taelor game-ready look to Instagram and tag @taelorstyle using the required campaign hashtags.

Complete the ticket claim form sent to the email address associated with their qualifying Taelor purchase, including the requested customer information, proof of the qualifying social post, and preferred eligible Yankees home game.

Successfully complete Taelor’s eligibility and submission verification.
Instagram posts must remain publicly viewable at least until the ticket claim has been verified by Taelor. Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible submissions may be rejected.
Game Selection & Ticket Availability
Customers may request an eligible 2026 New York Yankees regular-season home game identified on the ticket claim form. Requested games are preferences only and are not guaranteed. Ticket availability varies by game and is subject to the ticket inventory available to Taelor at the time the claim is processed.
If tickets for the requested game are unavailable, Taelor may offer another eligible game date, subject to remaining availability. If no eligible tickets remain, Taelor will have no obligation to provide a substitute game, cash payment, credit, or other replacement benefit except as required by applicable law.
Ticket Delivery
Following successful verification and confirmation of availability, ticket(s) will be delivered electronically to the eligible customer using the information provided through the ticket claim process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining access to the email account used to receive their ticket(s).
Ticket Restrictions
Tickets have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or Taelor credit. Tickets may not be sold, resold, auctioned, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose. All ticket use is subject to the applicable New York Yankees and Yankee Stadium ticket terms, policies, and venue rules.
Game dates and times are subject to change. Postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, or other changes to a game are governed by the applicable New York Yankees/MLB ticket policies.
Additional Costs
Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages, and any other costs associated with attending a game are not included in the Offer and are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder. This mirrors the treatment Yankees use in their own ticket promotions.
Approximate Ticket Value
Any advertised ticket value is an estimate only and may vary based on game date, seat location, ticket availability, and other factors. An advertised value does not entitle the customer to a particular seat location or to cash, credit, or reimbursement for any difference in actual ticket value.
General Conditions
Taelor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms before fulfilling any ticket claim and to reject claims involving fraud, abuse, duplicate participation, inaccurate information, or failure to satisfy the Offer requirements.
Taelor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect its administration or ticket availability, subject to applicable law and any applicable agreement with the New York Yankees.
Participation in the Offer and use of any ticket are subject to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable New York Yankees/MLB ticket and venue policies.
