I wore these for a boat day and even a lake jump—those two zip pockets kept my stuff secure. The fit is straight and close to the skin, but true to size; the waistband and drawstring make it easy to dial in. The 7-inch inseam hits a nice spot, and the purple with the glow-in-the-dark patch gives it a fun, low-key vibe. Fabric is French terry cotton, and the build/finish feels excellent. Only note: if you prefer a looser feel, the close-to-skin cut might not be your thing. Otherwise, great everyday lounge shorts.
